E Ride PRO Warranty Coverage:
E Ride Pro Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to offer a limited one-year or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) sold by our authorized dealers or directly through our official website. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.
What is Covered:
The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. The Company will provide these repair or replacement services free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
- Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.
- Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.
- Modifications: Any modifications made to the electrical system will void the warranty. The use of aftermarket controllers, throttles, motors, batteries, etc. are not approved at this time.
